Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of downtown Canmore, making it perfect for guests wanting to explore the town without needing to drive. The rooms, though clean and comfortable, lack soundproofing, allowing noise from neighboring suites and street activities to be audible. The service provided is friendly and extremely helpful, making guests feel welcome and well-assisted.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Canmore with stunning views of both the town and the Rockies. The rooms had two huge queen-sized beds that were incredibly comfortable, although a tad smaller than expected. The service was top-notch, with a lovely touch of a bottle of sparking wine in the fridge to celebrate our anniversary, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal, within walking distance to all the attractions Canmore has to offer. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying the continental breakfast prepped and waiting in the mini fridge each morning. A truly wonderful experience overall.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The room was cozy and clean with lovely extras like a bar set, fancy teas, and an iPad. The service was exceptional, even though I missed meeting the staff due to my busy hiking schedule. The location was top-notch, right on Main Street in beautiful Canmore. The dining, while basic with just muffins and beverages, was a nice touch. Overall, a delightful experience!
My stay at the hotel was a mix of convenience and slight inconvenience. The location was perfect for exploring Canmore, with easy access to restaurants, stores, and buses, but being close to the road made it a bit noisy, affecting my sleep quality, especially with a baby. The rooms were spacious and reasonably appointed, and I appreciated having a microwave available. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.
The hotel had sweet and cute rooms that were clean and cozy, providing a home-like feel. However, the soundproofing was not great, as we could hear noise from the TV and room above. The mountain view was as advertised, offering a scenic backdrop.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room was recently redone with a good choice of laminate flooring instead of carpet, but it wasn't very well insulated for sound and the Mountain View was a plus. However, the shuddering and awful noises throughout the night made it hard to sleep.
